"Flag for receipients" and "Recall message" options are missing in Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.516.100 (Production)

We see you are actually in the New Outlook.

Please understand the new outlook is still in preview state and there some features updating is still on pending. the 'Flag for recipents' is currently not supported in new Outlook and If you need recall message, the quickest work-around is to go into the email you want to recall and type "recall" into the search field at the top that reads "Tell me what you want to do." You can then choose the recall option that works for you ---- delete unread message or delete and replace with new message. Also, you can switch to classic Outlook by clicking the****"Try new outlook" off.

Thank you for the quick response. Below screen shot of the outook that got installed after clicking on "Try new outlook". I am trying out the same. This is a work account (Microsoft 365).

According to your description, we understand you did not see the "Flag for recipients" and "Recall Message" option in your Outlook. To address your issue, please confirm below information:

• Is the account in your Outlook a Microsoft account?

Please note the options only available for account configured in Exchange mode, you can view the page from clicking File at top left corner.d

• If you are using Exchange mode, we suggest you to Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support for a try.
• If issue persists even in new outlook profile, we suggest you to Scan Outlook by using Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant - Outlook | Microsoft Learn
• If the options still not showup, please collect related screenshots and get back to us.
