Unfortunately, I cannot find the screenshot of the error on your post. However, if you are logging in through a browser then you can open a private window of the browser and try again. If that resolved the issue, then please delete the cache and cookies of your browser.
If you are using the Outlook application then, it seems like there might be an issue with the application itself. You can try refreshing the application, as suggested by the error message. If that doesn’t work, you can try repairing your profile by following these steps:
Choose Account Settings > Account Settings.
On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair.
Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you’re done, restart Outlook (source: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/fix-...).
If none of these steps work, it might be a momentary issue with Internet or Cloud services in your region. You can wait for some time and try accessing Outlook web from a different device and from a different network. If you’re still having issues, you can check the status of Microsoft Office Online Services at the Service Health portal (source: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/fixe...).
