    Hi Karl,

Thanks so much for taking time to help me through this issue. Below is the error message that I receive for over 40 cc's. I assume there is a limit in gmail to 100 cc's and I have 143 cc's. How do I make gmail send out my 143 cc's? Joe

Are you getting any error messages when sending through Gmail? (sending limits are controlled by Google, not Outlook). If you are not getting any error messages, then I would check to see the number of characters all the senders are taking up)

If it's always a hard limit of 100 contacts, no matter what email addresses make up that number, would check with Gmail support to how they treat messages with tjhat many recipients. According to this article, you should be getting an error message if you exceed any limits

    Hello Joe

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

Outlook itself does not have limits as to how many recipients' can be included - at least not in terms of numbers. That is controlled by the email service provider (ESP)

Every ESP has their own limits as to how many messages that can be included in a single message, that can be sent per hour / per day. Do you get any errors if you exceed 100?

Wo is the ESP for the account you are using to send these emails? (only provide the part after the @ character in the email address (i.e. @outlook, @gmail etc). If it's an Outlook.com account, is it a free or premium account?
