Find time not working anymore. I get an error about the internet explorer. IT has tried somethings and still we can not get it to work.

ADD IN ERROR

Sorry, we couldn't load the add-in because internet explorer is disabled.

Also, my canned emails or email templates are saving blank? What is going on with outlook? I have to go into my emails and drafts and search for drafts and copy and paste and that is more work.

    FindTime is retired since March 2023 https://www.reddit.com/r/Outlook/comments/10s4mpg/microsoft_365_news_findtime_in_outlook_being/
    The FindTime add-in will now be a native feature called scheduling poll.

    And what about Windows 11? Internet Explorer doesn't exist anymore.

    I have the same problem, FindTime doesn't work, it gives me connectivity error so error loading the plugin.

    • May I please confirm that internet explorer 11 is selected? Kindly go to StartImage-->in Search enter Windows features-->Select Turn Windows features on or off from the results and make sure the box next to Internet Explorer 11 is selected-->Select OK then restart your device.
    • Would you mind to kindly provide the screenshot of the entire Add in error you are experiencing?
    • Would you mind to kindly provide the screenshot of outlook version you are using? Kindly go to File--> Office Account.

    This requested information will help us to narrow down the scenario and find the right troubleshooting.
