Encrypted message " Sorry, we can't display your message right now"

"Something went wrong and your encrypted message couldn't be opened. Please try again by following the instructions in the original email message in 5 minutes."

It's been this way for months, trying to access my autism diagnosis letters, now I've lost my proof that I'm autistic and I've been trying to open the emails for weeks, the company who diagnosed me closed in 2021 and I can't even contact them to get a new letter, my doctor does not have it on record.

Someone please help me I'm losing my mind :(((

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply and providing Information.

    I can understand the situation , But in this case that Company may have used some different Encryption which requires that domain or mail server to be Active or reachable to unlock or use decryption key. The best option I can see is to try to reach them to resend your reports via physically copy.
