How do I pin messages to the top of my email folders?

I need this same feature. I had enabled the "new Outlook" and when I couldn't do this, I went back to the old version. Unbelievable that this was removed!

Based on your description, you need to be able to pin email messages in the Outlook desktop app. After thorough tests and consulting on my end, it’s been concluded that the feature you are inquiring about is currently unavailable for the desktop app. We apologize if we are not able to meet your requirements; however, thank you for bringing this to our attention. You can however use this feature in the Outlook Online version as you pointed out.

In the meantime, I did find similar post in the official feedback forum Pin or Stick important emails at the top of your Inbox · Community (microsoft.com). and the product team is aware about this requirement and will update the status via the post. You can upvote or add a comment to push for this if it is in line with your requirement. Otherwise,  I have taken the liberty to create an entry for you in the Feedback Portal in the forum on link How do I pin messages to the top of my email folders? · Community (microsoft.com).  I have asked my team to vote and you can share your vote and comments there as well.
