Where is my MSN email account?

I am still having this issue with my MSN email account just disappearing. I post a question previously and got suggestions from 1 person but unfortunately it didn't work. I have tried the restore via Microsoft but it keeps telling me the account does not exist yet if I try to create an account with the lost email address it tells me it's in use. Does anyone know why this would have happened? I have very important emails that I need to recover. It is also next to impossible to contact Microsoft about this issue as I just keep getting directed to the community forum. PLEASE HELP

You're welcome - sorry it couldn't have been a positive response but unfortunately, one simply doesn't exist.

    Hello Michael

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

I have a detailed article on the "Does not exist" error which also addresses trying to create an account using a deleted email address (bottom of the article)

    Account “does not exist” error

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/fo...

Bottomline, there is absolutely no chance of recovering this email address under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this Microsoft policy.

Just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. We have no input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions.
