    Some additional information:

    1. The problem is not only with the desktop apps on my laptop, but also in the online O365 environment
    2. My colleagues in the same O365 organization do not have this problem.

In the O365 settings menu I cannot select a "online meeting provider".

I may resolved the issue by clicking Help - "Clear Application Data" in Outlook.

And then in "Select the data you want to clear:" check these 2 items:

    1. Experimental Features
    2. Licence

After I have selected these 2 items and restart Outlook and then login M365 account to activate the Outlook, the Teams button came back.

    Hope this can help.

Thanks for response. I am running Outlook 16.77.1 and Teams 1.6.00.27656. I'm not familiar with the Onyx app that you mentioned - why is this app needed?
