    I HATE the new Outlook. There are too many options that are either not available or too difficult to find.

    You can revert to the classic Outlook, if you have a product that includes it.

    Aha... Now I see the RE-CALL icon is back... but where is RE-SEND one? Without this feature I will never switch to the new version. Sometimes we send messages to many people and copy-paste all info and attachements each time in a new email is time consuming... and frustrating! Let me know when the RE-SEND icon is back!

    I would like more time to recall my messages. Up to a day.

    Are you referring to the Undo Send? It is limited to 10 seconds. See the screen shot below.

    The Recall Message command applies to messages after they have been sent. Initially, this command wasn't supported in the New Outlook, but if you have a recent version, the command has been (re-)introduced. Open your sent email in a separate window and look in the Respond group on the ribbon.

    Note that not all account types will support recalling messages.
