Hi Jeremy W1,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community
As per checking the shared information that you're experiencing issues with the pop-up shortcut icons on Outlook for iOS. Just a heads up that with this kind of issue that you have, our option is limited and we can only perform basic troubleshooting steps.
To disable the pop-up shortcut icons in Outlook for iOS, please follow these steps:
- Open the Outlook app on your iPad.
- Tap on the "Settings" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap on "Swipe Options."
- Toggle off the "Swipe Actions" option.
You can also try this steps:
- Disable the keyboard touch bar: If you’re using an iPad with a touchpad, you can try disabling the keyboard touch bar. To do this, go to Settings > General > Keyboard and turn off the Shortcuts and Predictive options.
- Turn off tap to click: If you’re using a mouse or touchpad, you can try turning off the Tap to Click feature. To do this, go to Settings > General > Trackpad and toggle the Tap to Click switch to the OFF position.
This should disable the pop-up shortcut icons when selecting an email message.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Thank you
