Hi
I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself no one here is a Microsoft employee.
Some of these folders are default folders that cannot be deleted, such as Conversation History, Notes, and RSS Feeds. However, you can hide them from the folder list if you don’t want to see them. Here are the steps you can try:
In Outlook, right-click the folder you want to hide and select Properties.
In the General tab, check the box that says Hide from Navigation Pane.
Click OK to save the changes.
Repeat these steps for any other folder you want to hide.
I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.
Best Regards,
AnnaThomas
