There is a point that when all reasonable avenues are exhausted, the company should take responsibility for their errors and problems.
I have followed the recommendation of many of the MS pundits and Tech-heads with limited by unlasting success.
It is extremely frustrating to see message that you read and reply to, quickly return to unread status. I'm using my words here and not my emotions because I've been dealing with this for a few years. I am not a power-user, I operate at the level of most MS users. I can find recommended solutions and follow direction, but this is an unending source of frustration.
When I enter a contract for a product I expect that product to function as advertised. I do not expect to be a Sysadmin or Power-User to operate software or to set it up for standard use.
This is a continuing problem for many people. It warrants some serious consideration by Mother MicroSoft...
