    Dear Joe_Scott,

Good day! Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you send recurring emails for selected days of the month.

After thorough research, it has been determined that there is currently no function in Outlook that schedules sending the same email on specific days of the month.

However, you can schedule a monthly email in Office 365 and set it up to be recurring by setting a delayed email and creating a monthly recurring event. Please follow the steps below:

    • Open your Outlook application or go to the Outlook web interface in your Office 365 account.
    • Click on the "New Email" button to compose a new email.
    • In the new email window, enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field.
    • Compose the content of your email, including the subject and body.
    • Once you have composed your email, click on the "Options" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.
    • In the "More Options" group, click on the "Delay Delivery" button. This will open the message options window.
    • In the message options window, check the box next to "Do not deliver before" and select the date and time you want the email to be sent. In your case, choose the next upcoming Thursday morning.
    • Click "Close" to close the message options window.
    • Now, instead of clicking the "Send" button, click on the "File" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.
    • In the "Save As" section, click on the "Save As" button and choose "Outlook Template" from the dropdown menu.
    • Give your email template a name and save it.
    • Close the email window without sending the email.

Now that you have saved the email as a template, you can set it up to be sent automatically on a monthly basis:

    • Go to your Calendar in Outlook.
    • Click on the "New Appointment" or "New Event" button to create a new event.
    • In the event window, enter a title for the event, such as "Send monthly Email."
    • Set the date and time for the event to occur on the next day.
    • In the event window, click on the "Recurrence" button to open the recurrence settings.
    • In the recurrence settings, choose the recurrence pattern as "Monthly" and set the event to recur monthly or depending on your needs.
    • Click "OK" to save the recurrence settings.
    • In the event window, click on the "Add Attachments" button and select the email template that you saved earlier.
    • Save the event.

From now on, your Office 365 calendar will automatically send the email template to the specified recipient every year (on July 1 as in my example in the screenshot), based on the recurrence pattern you set.
