Every time I launch ouylook or the internet stops all my old emails in my inboxes are all hilighted like they are all new emails ?,

I started using the new outlook cause as of next year I will be on outlook anyway, Every time I launch ouylook or the internet stops all the emails in my in boxes are all hilighted like they are all new emails ?, It doesn't matter if they are a week oid are a year or more older ?, Every morning I have hundreds of emails to go back through !, The time I waste to do this is costing mr money !, WHY DON'T MICROSOFT FIX THE PROB;EMS, IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD TROUNLE WITH OUTLOOK !, THAT'S WHY I STOPPED USING IT !

    That sounds like either the web version or the new Outlook for Windows. Can you select all the messages and then choose "Mark as read"? If you then close Outlook and reopen, are they marked unread again?

    It's a picture of a blur enverlope, And in outlook settings, General, Accessibitly it's selected outlook for windows, Does this hepl you ?, Thanks

    What is the icon on the taskbar? Typically, a web link doesn't show as a taskbar icon but rather a bookmark in your browser. I'm trying to get an idea of what you see and do.

    Thanks for your help, I think it's on a wed browser, I just bouble click the incon in my task bar, I have gone through the settings for outlook ?, Thanks Wal

    Since this forum is dedicated to using Outlook online with a web browser, can I assume that's how you access your mailbox? If that's not how you access it, state how you do.
