    Hello Freeman45,

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

There could be several reasons why the flight reservation email was not added automatically to the Outlook calendar. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check if the email is in the correct format: The flight reservation email should be in the iCalendar (.ics) format for it to be added automatically to the calendar. If the email is not in this format, it will not be added automatically.
    2. Check if the email is in the right folder: The email should be in the Inbox folder for it to be added automatically to the calendar. If it is in any other folder, it will not be added automatically.
    3. Check if the automatic processing of calendar invitations is enabled: In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Tracking, and make sure the "Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls" option is checked.
    4. Check if the email is blocked by the Junk Email filter: If the email is marked as junk, it will not be added automatically to the calendar. Check the Junk Email folder to see if the email is there.

If none of these steps work, you can manually add the flight reservation to the calendar by opening the email and clicking on the "Add to Calendar" button.

Please note the information in the attached screenshot, Automatically add events from your email to your calendar - Microsoft Support

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Sincerely,

    Hello Freeman45,

Apologies for the late reply, could you kindly share more details on where you found the information about the supported domains on the flight reservations? Based on my research I have not found any information on supported domains for this feature, if there was I would think it would be on the recipient domain, however, we need more information to verify that.

We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely

Thank you very much for that detailed explanation.

I just need some clarity more.

I learnt that they is a list of supported domain that can enjoy this service( flight reservations adding to calendar automatically) Is it the sender or recipient domain.
