Your basic spam filtering seems to be broken, I am getting over 150 junk mails a day. They are from obviously suspect email addresses. Why can't you handle this? I am literally reporting over 100 mails a day as phishing and they just keep coming...

Please help

It surely does NOT help me! Too much talk that I know nothing about. No matter how many times I keep blocking nasty emails with naked people and just trash email, I will receive approx. 100 junkers in my inbox. Why do you people continue to let this **** through to our emails? I have received email for years from certain people and businesses and you put it in the junk but when I try to tell you an email is not junk, you still send it to junk. Then, as of today you send me 100 trashy emails that shouldn't even be allowed in junk either. Throw it away!

Hello JustinLisle! I'm Gunasekar and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

Microsoft has implemented several measures to prevent spam emails from reaching your inbox, including AI-based filters. However, some spam emails may still slip through the cracks.

Here in the community, we do not have access to your accounts. Preventing spam messages from entering your inbox does not necessarily mean they are blocked from entering your Junk folder. Outlook simply filters them out and sends them to the Junk folder. Therefore, if you find emails in your Junk folder, they are still considered as spam. If you receive these emails directly to inbox, you can check the guidelines below.

There could be various reasons why you keep receiving spam messages from different sources. One of the common reasons is that spammers often buy email lists from hackers on the dark web who have hacked into various websites on the internet. It is possible that you may have subscribed to one of these websites unknowingly.

If you are continuously receiving spam e-mails even after blocking them, it is evident that your account might be compromised or some third-party websites have your information. In this case, you will need to protect your account. Additional information about the issue,
