To and CC buttons not visible when I open email.

I am unable to view the To and CC buttons in the New outlook when I open up the email.

Outlook | Windows | New Outlook for Windows | For home

    This is great in new mail but doesn't work in reply - even though it is clicked in options. Can anyone help?

    To make the To and CC buttons visible in the New Outlook for Windows, please follow these steps:

    1. Open Outlook and click the "New Email" button to create a new email.
