I have an old hotmail account that still receives mail (mostly junk). Yet I haven't been able to locate it - to delete it. Not in my Microsoft account, not in Outlook, com (webmail) and not in Outlook 2021.

I was actually describing my wife's situation. She has two (hotmail) email addresses . She wants to permanently remove one of them. She has her own Microsoft account. She can and does receive emails sent to both addresses using Outlook 2021 or using Ourlook.com (webmail). It's the address she wants to eliminate so no more junk mail can be sent to it. I'm not seeing that address anywhere where it can be deleted permanently.
