I have been receiving those notifications (for multiple accounts) as well, even though I have the corresponding notification setting turned off. I started receiving those emails on August 29 2023. How can I turn off those notification?

I have been receiving this email as well. It's from sender:

    adctr@microsoft.com

Of note, the first few times I received it, there was a typo in the first sentence. It said, "We have disapproved certaing content..." which is why I ignored it. That has since been corrected.
