My emails aren't sending but I'm not getting an error message

I was sending emails like normal and they were appearing to be sent as normal, but when I went to look at my sent folder, I realized that none of them were in there. I figured maybe I just needed to close and reopen outlook, but when I did, I get the uploaded message saying that it's still working to send emails. I have not gotten any failing to send notifications.

It has been over two hours since the first missing email was sent and over an hour since the last email was sent. I am still receiving emails without any issues. I have already checked my internet connection, restarted the app, restarted my computer, checked to make sure that my "send immediately" setting was on, and have checked all other settings that this site told me to try.

This is my work email being used on my work computer. None of my coworkers are experiencing this issue.

    Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue. I did try the second tip to send an email from Outlook web and was successful. However, I'm still unable to send mail via the Outlook app.

    Dear Reagan Bercaw,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Based on your description, you're experiencing issues with sending emails in Outlook. Based on the troubleshooting steps you've already taken, it sounds like the issue may be related to your email account or settings. Here are a few additional steps you can try:

    1. Check your Outbox folder: Sometimes emails can get stuck in the Outbox folder if there is an issue with the email server or connection. Go to the Outbox folder and see if there are any emails waiting to be sent. If there are, try deleting them and then sending a new email to see if it goes through.
    2. Would you please try to send the email from Outlook web(https://outlook.office.com/) and chek whether you can send it successfully.
    3. Check your antivirus software: Sometimes antivirus software can interfere with email sending and receiving. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus software and then sending an email to see if it goes through.

I look forward to your next update for further analysis. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Sherry | Microsoft Community Moderator
