According to Mediacom’s support page, the recommended IMAP server settings for Mediacom email are as follows:
Incoming: mail.mediacombb.net with SSL/TLS encryption and port 993 Outgoing: smtp.mediacombb.net with STARTTLS encryption and port 587. If STARTTLS is unavailable, you can use SSL/TLS encryption and port 465 instead. It’s important to note that the login name or “identity name” should be the full email address, either ************************* or ********************
