Losing important emails can be quite frustrating. But you can take a few attempts to recover lost emails.
a. Did you check your Microsoft storage space?
If your storage becomes full, your e-mails or files from OneDrive will be deleted.
- Make sure you have free space to receive emails.
a. Go to https://onedrive.live.com/?v=managestorage (OneDrive storage) and https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/general/storage (Outlook Storage)
b. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
b. Have you checked out Outlook Web Online?
- Sign in to Outlook Web (www.outlook.com) in a browser.
- In the left pane, select the deleted items folder.
- At the top of the message lists, select deleted items from this folder.
- Select the items you want to recover and click the Restore button.
Items you choose to recover will be returned to their original folders.
