You can indeed create a new folder by right clicking on an existing folder and choosing "Create new subfolder".

When you want to create a folder at the same level as your Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, etc... folders, right click on your mailbox name instead and choose; Create new folder.

Another way to go would be to click on "Move to" and then choose; Create new folder.

    Hello,

In my outlook, I've multiple accounts, each with Inbox folders, Sent folders, etc...

Is it possible to create folders that are not attached to a specific account (in which I could drag'n'drop mails whatever account they are coming from)?

    Thank you for your help,

    Regards,

    Sébastien
