How to make all appointments Private by default in Outlook 365 agenda ?

How can I make all appointments Private by default in Outlook 365 agenda ?

I know how to make private an existing one, but would like to have them all private by default...

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

    To make all appointments private by default in Outlook 365 agenda, you can follow these steps and set your email sensitivity Private, this will allow all new calendar appointments and emails set to private by default.

    1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" tab.
    2. Click on "Options" and then select "Mail" from the left-hand menu.
    3. Under the "Send messages" section, next to Default sensitivity level, select "Private" from the drop-down menu.
    4. Click "OK" to save the changes.

    However, if you want to make all appointments Private by default in Outlook 365 for your specific account calendar or for calendar entry only kind follow the steps below and check if there is any difference.

    1. Open you Outlook -->Go to Calendar --> Open a new appointment -->Enable the Privat option.

    If this tab is not on your ribbon, kindly go to File -->Option -->Customize ribbon --> under Main Tabs, check Developer checkbox or under choose command from, select All Tab -->Select Developer -->Add -->OK.
