The same problem here, either. This is really frustrating, cause I use it for scientific purposes and I need to update the data constantly.
"Your storage is full" even though I have 1TB of Onedrive storage
As of a day ago, I can no longer send emails using the Outlook Android app on my phone. I am still able to send from my laptop. When I try to send on my phone, it says "Your storage is full." Then it says I have used 7.3GB of 5GB. I have an Office 365 subscription which includes 1TB of storage. I can see the 1TB in my OneDrive settings on both the laptop and on the phone using the OneDrive app. Outlook on the phone shows I am using my proper MS account. What is happening?
I still have 67GB of storage free on the phone.
This is very frustrating.

2023-04-13T00:26:35+00:00 This did not accomplish anything. As of about 10:00 AM this morning, I can't send or receive email from my computer or from my phone.
If I send an email from another account, it gets a message saying that my Inbox is full.
If Microsoft is trying to convince people to switch to Gmail, this is certainly a great way to go. Whoever decided to do this should be fired.

2023-04-10T21:18:54+00:00 Try this:
Open your Microsoft account to https://account.microsoft.com/services
Click on Manage - this link should open it: https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsof...
Click on and change the Recurring billing option - if it's on, turn off recurring payments, if it's turned off, turn on. That will reprovision the account and should solve the problem.
Don't forget to change the setting back later.

As far as I know, I only have one Microsoft account. The login ID for that MS account is an old email that is no longer valid, but the account shows the current valid email, not the login ID, as my current email. The phone even asks me to log into the MS account from time to time, and I can only login with the only one I have.
The email that I use is an @outlook.com account, not gmail or anything else. I do have gmail accounts on that phone too, but they are not accessed through the Outlook app. The app generates the error as soon as I try to send or reply to or forward an email. Again, this works fine on my computer (thankfully).

You don't have a second Microsoft account and are signed in that account by mistake?
The account that triggered the message is an outlook.com address, not gmail, correct?
If it is the same Outlook.com address that has the subscription, use in-app support to contact app support. They can take a look and see why it is not giving accurate information.
