- What the account type you are using? is it Exchange, IMAP or POP email account?
- What Outlook version are you using? See What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support
- May I please double confirm if the issue persists in Outlook on the web?
- May I please double confirm if the issue persists when you revert your Outlook back to classic version?
In the meantime, to stop receiving reminders for deleted calendar events, you may try to reset the reminders as the steps below:
- Close Outlook.
- Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type "outlook.exe /cleanreminders" and press Enter.
- Open Outlook and check if the issue has been resolved.
