Why won’t anything load after completing my captcha?

I’m on a different account currently. However I am locked out of my email and when I am trying to reset the password it will not load after I complete the captcha. After completion it says “You’ve proven you’re a human. Continue your action.” However after this nothing loads and I am unable to reset my password.

    Hello Micky C,

    Are you still experiencing the same issue?

    It appears that the root cause of the problem is the Microsoft servers, and multiple users are experiencing similar issues. Microsoft must take immediate action to resolve this matter.

    I understand that you are having trouble unlocking your account by resetting your Microsoft account Password.

    There are a few things you can try if you're unable to reset your password after completing the CAPTCHA:

    a. Try different browsers or Devices.

    This issue can also be caused by your browser or devices. Try using a different browser or device to see if that resolves the issue.

    b. Clear browsing History, Cache and Cookies.

    To clear your browser's cache and cookies, go to settings and clear all the browsing History to check if that resolves the issue.
