Can you affix this to a particular email to provide yourself details about the follow up. I am seeking something similar to what you can do in excel: where you can add a "comment".
I know that you can set a reminder and enter a note there - but I have to set a reminder to use this, I don't always want to set a reminder.
I also know that I can utilize the "Notes" under options. I dont want "separate notes" that require me to leave my emails and figure out which note pertains, if that were needed - I would just use an actual separate notepad or word doc.
I want to know if something exists in Outlook where I could hover over an email or click on the email and be able to write in and pull up any personal notes I have about the email. Ex. I have put a flag to follow up - but what am i waiting on to follow up? What are some details about the convo I need to remember that I want to refer to?
This MUST exist?
