OTP not receiving on phone

My phone signal is good and do not disturb is also off.

make sure your sim card is in range to receive the OTP

Recheck the number you entered in app including country code

If these things are perfect then it can be your mobile problem try to replace your sim card in any other phone then open the app in your old mobile, send OTP and enter the OTP from your new mobile.

make sure you have active internet connection while sending an OTP

Sometimes otp will not recieve because of high demand of application/website it will be server issue, in that case try to send otp after sometime
