    Hello Melissabishop,

I'm Shalom and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Over time, cached data and cookies in your browser can cause issues. Clear the cache and cookies in Google Chrome and try signing in again.
    2. Browser Extensions: Try disabling all extensions in Chrome and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, re-enable them one by one to identify the problematic extension.
    3. Browser Updates: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Google Chrome. Outdated browsers may have compatibility issues with certain websites.
    4. Incognito Mode: Try signing in using Chrome's Incognito mode. If it works in Incognito mode, it suggests that an extension or some cached data may be causing the problem.
    5. Network Issues: Check your internet connection. Ensure that your connection is stable and not experiencing any interruptions.
    6. Security Software: Temporarily disable your antivirus or security software and try signing in again. If it works, you may need to adjust the settings in your security software.
    7. Browser Settings: Make sure that your browser settings allow cookies and that JavaScript is enabled.
    8. Reset Chrome Settings: You can reset Chrome settings to their default values. Open Chrome settings, scroll down to "Advanced," and click on "Reset settings." This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It won't affect your bookmarks, history, or saved passwords.

    Best Regards, Shalom
