Instead of being obnoxious why not try helping out. this is the reply that I guarantee everyone is getting. Your right though, not all of us are technologically minded, because some of us chose more manual vocations.
I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients.
I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..
Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

2024-01-18T22:25:00+00:00 We started seeing emails delivered to yahoo and att emails this morning (with a 3 hour delay). I applied the updates to our DNS records as described in the GODADDY tutorial and now emails are showing up almost instantaneously.
Thanks for forwarding that out to us Kevin.

2024-01-18T14:47:37+00:00 I have been having the same issue for two weeks this time. It has happened in the past also. We have also had issues with aol, fuse and zoomtown. I contacted our IT team and they traced one of the kicked back emails and said that it is a communication error between Yahoo and Office 365 and that there is a known incident already opened with Microsoft and sent me the link with the details (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/emails-are-bouncing-back-when-sending-to-yahoo/9dd7c71e-9283-43c3-9809-6dce129a49a9?page=1 ). All I know is that I have been getting calls from our people wanting the information that is not being delivered to them. Hopefully Microsoft can get us some answers and get this fixed!

2024-01-18T15:24:24+00:00 We contacted our IT guy to look into it and he fixed it. I'm no Geek but this is what he said:
“Rotate the DKIM keys”. He explained it like getting in the TSA Precheck line at the airport without having applied for it, you have a ticket to get on the plane you’re just in the wrong line.
Hope this helps!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community
Upon checking the shared information that you're experiencing issues with sending emails to Yahoo recipients. The error message you received indicates that there may be an issue with the recipient's email system not accepting connection requests from your email system.
I would recommend contacting the recipient by phone or other means and asking them to check with their email administrator to see if there are any issues on their end. You can also provide them with the error details shown in the message you received.
Additionally, you can refer to the article provided in the error message for more information and tips on how to resolve this issue. Also, allow me to ask:
- May I know how do you access your emails? is it through Outlook.com (web)? Outlook application (included in Microsoft 365 subscription)? New Outlook for Windows? Classic Outlook for Windows (Windows Mail app)? Outlook application for mobiles?
- Can I know what version and edition of Office installed in your computer?
- You can open any Office apps
- Go to File > Accounts - on the right side you can see Product Information
- Can I know what version and edition of Office installed in your computer?
- I would like to know what @domain and who is hosting your email account? example for @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
- May I know if the account is for Work/School use? or Personal (Hotmail/Outlook.com) use?
- May I know what email configuration is your email account in Outlook? is it POP/IMAP? Or Microsoft Exchange?
- Are you able to send emails to other recipients?
Just to let you know that Yahoo.com is not hosted by Microsoft so you may have to contact the Yahoo support for any related Yahoo account/emails concerns. But yes regarding for the recipient not being sent you may have to contact the recipient as they may have blocked your emails from being received.
I hope it helps!
Thank you,
Vince
