We are connected in IMAP. Recently outlook search started to show only the local results
I checked the solution proposed in another thread that I copy hereunder. went to the correct location but i cannot see the option:
We are managing approx 10 emails in outlook. We do search on all boxes I do not feel confortable creating a new profile. Not familair and Our pst files are large and we hate deleting them. The largest file is 9 Go , others are under 5. It works fine normaly.
Could you help us ?

In addition, if you are using Microsoft 365 Business email account or some other email accounts, how you configured your account to Outlook? Exchange, IMAP, or POP? Could you please provide us the screenshot of the error message and the details of your Outlook Client, please click File > Office Account then take a full screenshot to me here, thanks.

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. Based on your description, I understand that you are experiencing issues with Outlook search showing only local results in Outlook 365. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Regarding the solution proposed in the other thread, it seems that the option to clear the "Improve search speed by limiting the number of results shown" checkbox is not available in your Outlook version. This option is only available in certain versions of Outlook.
If none of these steps work, you may need to create a new Outlook profile. I understand that you are hesitant to do this, but creating a new profile can often resolve issues like this. Your PST files will not be deleted, but you will need to add them to the new profile.
