how to scan outlook for viruses and malware

i seem have a malware or virus which prevents me from sending or receiving emails using IOS on an i phone and also has disabled my facebook account

i have webroot standard mobile which runs and has not detected a problem. for some reason I cannot purchase the webroot premium product I get an "error has occurred"
