    Hello Michele,

Thank you for posting here in Microsoft Community.

One possible reason for this is that the sync settings is set only to specific date which why you are only able to see emails to specific date. For me to have a better view of your concern and provide you the right resolution for your concern, I'd like to ask few details:

    • What mail application are you using? Is it the Outlook application or the Samsung mail application which is a built-in app on the phone?
    • Does this issue only occur specifically to this account?
    • Are you able to see the emails that did not load-up on your webmail? If you are using an Outlook.com account you may access https://outlook.live.com.

To fix this issue, please try the following steps:

    1. Open the Outlook app on your Galaxy S24.
    2. Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner to open the menu.
    3. Scroll down and tap on "Settings".
    4. Tap on the email account that is experiencing the issue.
    5. Scroll down to "Sync Settings" and tap on it.
    6. Make sure that "Sync email" is turned on.
    7. Scroll down to "Download email from" and select "Any time".
    8. Tap on "Sync now" to sync your emails.

If it did not work you proceed on this:

    1. Use another email client or application see if the same issue persist.
    2. Make sure your device is up to date or the email client is updated.
    3. Use another device and see if the same issue persist.
    4. If the issue persists, please try removing and re-adding the email account to the Outlook app.

If you continue to experience issues, please let me know and I will be happy to assist you further.

    Regards,

    Arquel C.
