How to Create a New Outlook Profile

Hi, can I create a new profile in Outlook? How is it possible if I have different email addresses?

    Since you post this query in New Outlook for windows category, so would likes to double confirm, does your concern is with New Outlook for Windows or classic Outlook for Windows?

    For the New Outlook for Windows, it isn't feasible to create profile. This is by design and for design related suggestion you can submit your feedback to New Outlook for Windows product team via go to Help > Feedback. Contact support and provide feedback in new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support.

    If your concern is with classic Outlook for Windows : To create a new profile in Outlook, you need to follow these steps:

    1. On the Start menu, click the Type Here To Search field.
    2. Enter Control Panel.
    3. In the Best Match area, select Control Panel.
    4. From the View By drop-down, click Large Icons.
    5. Click Mail.
    6. In the Profiles area, click Show Profiles.
    7. Click Add.
    8. In the Profile Name field, enter a name for the new profile.
    9. Click OK.
    10. In the Email Address field, enter the corresponding email address.
    11. In the Password field, enter the corresponding password.
    12. In the Retype Password field, enter the corresponding password.
    13. Click Next.
    14. Click Finish.

    The new profile has been added to Outlook. can check this article Overview of Outlook e-mail profiles - Microsoft Support , expand Create new profile to view steps.
