    Dear Jani Basha Mulla,

    Hope you are doing well!

I have been checking on this issue, it seems like you are experiencing an issue with Gmail blocking your organization's emails due to an unusual rate of unsolicited mail originating from your DKIM domain. This can happen if your emails are being marked as spam by Gmail's filters.

    1. Have you check if your organization's email server is on any blacklists? You can use online tools like MX Toolbox to check this.
    2. Does this happen to all and only emails sent to Gmail? Please review your organization's email sending practices and ensure that you are not sending unsolicited emails.
    3. Have you checked if your SPF and DKIM records are set up correctly? You can use online tools like MX Toolbox or Microsoft's Remote Connectivity Analyzer at https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ to check this.
    4. If you are still experiencing issues, you can contact Gmail support for further assistance.

Please refer to Authenticate Outbound Email to Improve Deliverability - Microsoft Community Hub.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation.
