Hi, Mauro B. Thank you for coming to the forum. My name is Femi. It is worth noting that this is a user community, and we are all users here, much like yourself. While we strive to assist and share insights, we are not Microsoft directly.

I am sorry you are having trouble with Outlook. As a user, I understand how frustrating that can be. Rest assured I will do my best to provide you with a solution.

To repair the PST files, I pulled the following steps from https://support.microsoft.com/office/25663bc3-11ec-4412-86c4-60458afc5253 :

"Exit Outlook and browse to one of the following file locations:

    Outlook 2019: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

    Outlook 2016: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

    Outlook 2013: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15

    Outlook 2010: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14

    Outlook 2007: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12

    Open SCANPST.EXE.

Select Browse to select the Outlook Data File (.pst) you want to scan. If you need help locating your Outlook Data File, see Locating the Outlook Data Files.

Note: By default, a new log file is created during the scan. You can choose Options and opt not to have a log created, or you can have the results appended to an existing log file.

Choose Start to begin the scan.

If the scan finds errors, choose Repair to start the process to fix them.

When the repair is complete, start Outlook with the profile associated with the Outlook Data File you just repaired."

I hope this helps, let me know if this contradicts what you need. I remain helpful in answering any more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    Femi

I just want to comment that I too have had a sudden Winn 10 MS365 office failure, where all my data for 2 different email addresses disappeared right after a scheduled windows(?) update was completed on or about 12/30 or 31 /2023. I can neither access any data or receive and new data.

I have another computer that has not had the update yet and those emails are still fine. Unfortunately, all my important emails and contacts that I kept were on the computer with the issues.

I have not had any success with MS support, they tell me they can't do anything and to contact my MS365 administrator - who the heck is that when this is for a personal home computer?

I tried to do a system recovery to a prior date but it is not allowing me to go back before 1/8/2024.

Still trying if anyone has any ideas I would appreciated it!
