    Hello Dijon,

I will be happy to answer your question, I am a Microsoft consumer and independent advisor who cannot access the accounts. So that there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We are users, just like you, who help other users. We do not have access to any user accounts.

Based on your description, I understand you are seeing ads in your Outlook IOS application and you need assistance with removing it. You stated that you are signed in with your paid account.

Could you please confirm this by checking to make sure the email address you used to purchase that subscription has been added as an account in Outlook. You can also visit https://account.microsoft.com/services to view the status of your subscription and ensure it hasn't expired.

Also, In the Office 365 account web-page, create an Outlook alias mail and added this to my Outlook app on my iPhone. Once you have created your new Outlook.com email address, you can add it as an account in Outlook. Adding this account will grant your ad-free Outlook benefit.

    Thank you for your understanding.
