Is there a way to get a report of Outlook Calendar usage activity?

I'm looking at the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. I see various reports, including Exchange email activity, but I don't see one for calendars or meetings. I'd like to get a report of calendar usage/number of meetings per user in a time period.

Is there an existing report or any reporting tool I can use to get this data?

Hi Reese, My name is Umar and I'd be happy to help you out with your question.

Please note: This is a user-to-user community forum. We are users just like you who help others. We are not employees of Microsoft.

Unfortunately, there's no built-in report in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center specifically for Outlook calendar usage or meeting activity. However, there are a few workarounds you can try to get the data you need:

    1. Export Calendar Data:

You can export individual calendars to CSV files and then analyze them manually or using a spreadsheet program like Excel. To export a calendar, open Outlook on the web, click on the desired calendar, then click the three dots (...) next to the calendar name. Choose "Settings" and then "Export calendar."

    1. Microsoft Graph API:

For developers, the Microsoft Graph API provides access to various Microsoft 365 data, including calendar information. You can use the API to develop custom scripts or applications to extract and analyze calendar usage data.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
