Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

- What application are you using in trying to send the email? Is it through the Apple's built-in mail app or through the Outlook application?
- Is it specific recipients that you are trying send emails has the issue or all of the recipients?
- What email configuration did you use? Is it POP, IMAP, or Exchange?
To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
- Make sure to install any updates for your Mac device.
- Try to remove and re-add the account on your Mac device.
- You may try to update your email account configuration on your Mac device. If you are using an IMAP configuration, you may need to use this configuration:
