Not receiving email from a particular sender

Hi Team,

I am not receiving emails from a particular sender.

I am also aware of another @outlook.com email that is also not receiving emails from the same sender.

Both accounts, we have checked Junk and Bin and unable to find the email.

The sender has attempted to send emails at different times over several days.

The sender's email address has been added to "Safe senders and domains" in my account, however, I am still unable to receive their email.

Could you please look into this?

    Hello ,

My name is Jackson and thank you for your question.

My sincere apologies for the problem with your emails, I am a user too and understand how frustrating this can be.

    If you are unable to receive emails rom one particular sender or domain, we can try the troubleshooting steps below;

    1. Add senders to the safe senders list: open Outlook, > go to settings > select See all Outlook settings > spam email > safe senders and domains > Add sender email https://support.microsoft.com/office/470d4ee6-e3b6-402b-8cd9-a6f00eda7339
    2. Check rules that may be active and direct emails to spam https://support.microsoft.com/office/4b094371-a5d7-49bd-8b1b-4e4896a7cc5d
    3. Check the blocked senders list to ensure senders were not added by accident; Go to Settings > See all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk Email > Blocked senders.
    4. Sometimes emails may be forwarded to the "Other" tab in the focused inbox. Be sure to check both tabs.
    5. Check your filter settings: Emails may have been filtered incorrectly. Make sure it is not hidden by filters
    6. Reach out to the sender to be sure the restriction is not from the other end.

    Hello

I have the same problem. My assumption is that this is due to SMTP transmission filtering. I'll contact the Microsoft technical team.

    Best,

    Pascal
