    Hello Kim,

    I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer and Independent Advisors who cannot access accounts.

    Just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We are users just like you helping other users. We have no access to any user account.

    From your post, I understand you want to delete all recoverable emails at a time. When you delete an email, it moves to the recoverable items folder in outlook. From this folder, the deleted mails can still be restored.

    However, when the mails removed from your Recoverable items folder, they cannot be restored.

    To permanently delete the items in the Recoverable items folder;

    1. Launch Outlook >> Click on the Folder Tab.
    2. Under Folders, select Recoverable Items >> Click on the Select All button and click on Purge Selected Item to permanently delete the items.

    If this resolves the issue, help the next person with this issue by indicating if this reply solved your problem. Click Yes or No below.

    Thank you for your kindly understanding.

    Warm Regards,

    Soji.
