    Dear montaldos,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. It will be a pleasure working with you,

Outlook typically uses the fonts installed on your computer. The font options in the signature settings are based on the fonts available in the system fonts directory. If you want to use a specific font that is not available in the drop-down list, you can try the following steps:

    1. Install the Font: If the font you want to use is not in the drop-down list, you need to make sure it is installed on your computer. You can download fonts from various websites or use fonts that come with other software installations.
    2. Install the Font in Windows:
      • Download the font file (usually in .ttf or .otf format).
      • Right-click on the font file and select "Install."
    • Restart Outlook:
      • Close and reopen Outlook after installing the font.
    • Update the Signature:
      • Go to "File" > "Options" > "Mail" > "Signatures" in Outlook.
      • Edit your signature.
      • Highlight your name or the text you want to change.
      • In the formatting toolbar, you should now see the newly installed font in the font drop-down list.
    • Select the New Font:
      • Choose the newly installed font from the drop-down list.
