Set up rule to reply from template in new outlook

Hello,

I am looking for updated information from this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook\_com/forum/all/how-to-set-up-an-auto-response-without-showing-as/92daae39-e8b2-4eef-809a-0675310a837a

I am trying to set up a rule to auto-reply to messages I receive with a template email. I don't see the action listed in the thread linked above within the new outlook system - there are no 'Reply' actions at all, other than to 'Reply with a meeting'.

Please let me know how I can accomplish this in the new Outlook. Thank you!

This is a MAJOR miss in the new Outlook (both web and app version). MS needs to bring back the option to create a rule that permits the "Reply" actions with specific message template/language. For example, I want to create a conditional rule that states any email coming from a specific sender should receive an auto-reply to sender with specific verbiage/message that I can create.

This was possible previously with Outlook - why would they take that away in the new Outlook??

I too had this rule before the new outlook version launched.

I would also like to know how to create a template email which is sent as an action to a rule I create, not as an out of office.

"new Outlook system" as in the New Outlook that is replacing Windows Mail and eventually (maybe) classic Outlook? It does not support templates.
