As per checking the shared information that you're experiencing issues with your MSN email account. Just to set your expectations that we have limited tools for checking your account, subscription, and service details in Community.
Allow me to ask:
- May I know how do you access your emails? is it through Outlook.com (web)? Outlook application (included in Microsoft 365 subscription)? New Outlook for Windows? Classic Outlook for Windows (Windows Mail app)?
- May I know what @domain and who is hosting your email account? example for @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
- May I know if you can send/receive emails in the webmail host of your email account?
To troubleshoot this issue, please try the following steps:
- Check your Junk Email folder to see if the missing emails are there.
- Check your email filters to ensure that they are not blocking any incoming emails.
- Check your email forwarding settings to ensure that emails are not being forwarded to another account.
- Try accessing your email account from a different device or web browser to see if the issue persists.
- If none of the above steps work, you can try to check the mailbox storage in your email by going to the https://outlook.live.com and go to Gear Icon > View all Outlook.com settings > General > Storage.
