Msn Email Not Receiving New Emails

I am not receiving any new emails on this account. I have confirmed my password is correct, my internet connection is working, and that I know I should have received more emails than I currently show. For example, I haven't received any new "junk" emails in multiple days, which is not correct.

I also have triggered multiple password reset emails for my gmail account that I have not received. I have confirmed on another account that this reset email works because I received it.

I have ensured all systems are up to date and showing synced. I believe I have exhausted all options but I am still having issues. Please assist as I need to urgently get this password reset for the other account.

    As per checking the shared information that you're experiencing issues with your MSN email account. Just to set your expectations that we have limited tools for checking your account, subscription, and service details in Community.

    Allow me to ask:

    • May I know how do you access your emails? is it through Outlook.com (web)? Outlook application (included in Microsoft 365 subscription)? New Outlook for Windows? Classic Outlook for Windows (Windows Mail app)?
    • May I know what @domain and who is hosting your email account? example for @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
    • May I know if you can send/receive emails in the webmail host of your email account?

    To troubleshoot this issue, please try the following steps:

    1. Check your Junk Email folder to see if the missing emails are there.
    2. Check your email filters to ensure that they are not blocking any incoming emails.
    3. Check your email forwarding settings to ensure that emails are not being forwarded to another account.
    4. Try accessing your email account from a different device or web browser to see if the issue persists.
    5. If none of the above steps work, you can try to check the mailbox storage in your email by going to the https://outlook.live.com and go to Gear Icon > View all Outlook.com settings > General > Storage.

    Hi Vince,

    Missing emails are not located in the junk folder. No filters exist and my storage has plenty of space. I have tried from desktop and also mobile device, finding the same results of still missing emails.
