Hello Anna Zheleznyak,Good morning!Thank you for publishing in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.Based on the description you have shared; we understand that you want to know if there is a limit to how many calendars are displayed in the File Explorer step of the import.
Typically When importing a .csv file into Outlook, the available calendars shown in the File Explorer step are typically limited to the default calendar in your Outlook profile. If you have additional calendars, such as shared calendars or calendars added from other accounts, they might not be listed in the import options.
It's important to know the type of account you're using because each account has a different process and a different support category. What type of account is affected? is Outlook.com account, Hotmail account, or professional/educational account. However, to better understand the problem and provide a solution, we need more details from you, please provide us with the following information. Thank you.
1-Please may I know your purpose? Are you trying to merge Outlook Calendars?
Are you trying to import shared calendars or calendars added from other accounts? if yes they might not be listed in the import options.
Or if it is your second account calendar? if yes note that: Microsoft Outlook doesn’t provide a menu option that will merge or combine calendars. The workaround is to export the secondary calendar and import it into your main calendar. This process works well for calendars you create, but you should verify none of the calendars are Internet calendars or published calendars.
2-Are you using the Outlook Import/Export feature? if yes! check the above steps.
To import the .csv file into a specific calendar, you can use the Outlook Import/Export feature:
a. Open Outlook and go to the File tab.
b. Click on "Open & Export" and select "Import/Export".
c. In the Import and Export Wizard, choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".
d. Select "Comma Separated Values" and click "Next".
e. Choose the .csv file you want to import and click "Next".
f. In the "Select destination folder" step, select the desired calendar if it is available in the list. If not, choose the default calendar.
g. Configure any other import options you require and click "Finish" to start the import process.
By using the Import/Export feature, you should be able to import the .csv file into your desired calendar, regardless of whether it is displayed in the File Explorer step.
We look forward to your reply. This requested information will help us narrow down the scenario and find the right answer. We will continue to assist you based on the information you provide. I sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. SincerelyEben Ezer Tres | Microsoft Community Moderator
