Account blocked for too many incorrect attempts - reset password goes in infinite cycle

My main account has been blocked for too many incorrect attempts (precisely zero of these have been from me). I have gone through the reset password cycle several times and each time apparently successfully, but as soon as I try to login again I get the same blocked account message.

How can I get past this? All the "Support" options just lead back into using the reset process, which does not work!

There seems to be no other way to get past this - how can I get back into my account, and as a secondary issue, how can I prevent myself from being locked out again whenever someone tries to break into my account, as appears to have happened this time?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem and the form did nothing but send me an automated response, saying that I need to reset my password. When I do, it still doesn't work. Getting the infinite loop.

    How to update my email?? Every time I try it says blocked!! Even the form to reactivate account tells me that I didn't answer a form question !! I am soooo exasperated !!

    I believe you have the same virus as me I am not sure what I has the possibilities to do but it is un detected
