Favorites folders showing at the top of the list, but not staying pinned to the top??

I have just switched to the new view in Outlook 365, but in the navigation pane, my favorites - while at the top of the list - don't stay visible. So if I'm at the bottom of my file list, I can't easily jump to one of my favorite files without going all the way back up to the top. Can this be fixed????

Thanks for getting back to me!  Here's the issue: Yes, I do have my layout set to have the favorites showing:ImageAnd they are showing in my folders: Image

But while I am working and scrolling through my other files as I work, the favorites don't stay pinned at the top - so I have to scroll all the way

    back up again.

This is a pain in my petunias!!  After being used to having the favorites right there to go to easily. . . .

But while I have your attention I have a couple more questions too:

Where do I find the detailed information that used to be in the "paragraph"  tile section?  (eg. to set custom margins, tabs, space before and after paragraph)?  And where do I go to customize picture options?  (add shading or a frame around the image)?  Wasn't there a developer tab option (or was that just word)?  Is there anywhere I can go to customize the tiles that are represented on each toolbar? (I tried to show what I mean below).

It seems that in making Outlook easier to use, you have made it more difficult - or at least less efficient that what we intermed/advanced users are used to. . .?

We need a separate navigation pane .. separate from the standard folders pane. Now, the window is the same having a list of favourites on top and inboxes and other email folders below and when you scroll you scroll for all of them. In the past, the Favourites pane was in a separate window so you could navigate in a long list of favourite and not having to scroll up and down all the time in between favourites and other folders. Right now, being the same window is pointless.. only adds length to what you need to scroll. If i want to move an email from a window to another i have to scroll up/down anyway.

SEPARATE the favourite pane as a separate window .. from the Inbox.

And if you want something to improve, then make the 2 windows Favourite/normal folders adjustable in height in between them. That would be an improvement from the old Outlook.

Now, the new Outlook has made things worse and useless with the Favourites.

I have the same problem mentioned above.

The New Outlook lacks some needed functionality and MS answers are not relevant and refer to Old Outlook without giving solutions.

    Very disappointed !!!
