    Hi Duane,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconveniences,

Here are some possible solutions that you can try:

    • Run Outlook in safe mode. This can help you troubleshoot if the problem is caused by an add-in or a customization that interferes with Outlook. To do this, press **Windows + R** to open the Run dialog box, type **outlook.exe /safe**, and press **Enter**. If Outlook opens, you can disable or remove the problematic add-in by going to **File** > **Options** > **Add-ins** > **Go**.
    • Repair your Office installation. This can help you fix any corrupted or missing files that may prevent Outlook from opening or working. To do this, go to **Settings** > **Apps** > **Apps & features**, find and select **Microsoft 365**, and click on **Modify**. Then, choose **Quick Repair** or **Online Repair** and follow the instructions.
    • Update your Outlook app and your Windows 10 system. This can help you resolve any bugs or compatibility issues that may cause Outlook to malfunction. To do this, go to **File** > **Office Account** > **Update Options** > **Update Now** in Outlook, and **Settings** > **Update & Security** > **Windows Update** > **Check for updates** in Windows 10.
    • Create a new Outlook profile. This can help you reset your Outlook settings and preferences, and fix any issues with your account or data files. To do this, go to **Control Panel** > **Mail** > **Show Profiles**, click on **Add**, and follow the wizard to create a new profile. Then, set the new profile as the default one by selecting **Always use this profile** and choosing the new profile from the drop-down list.

Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

    Regards, Sola
