I do not have this More button or option on my Tags Section of the Ribbon in Outlook Deskop Mac in Chrome Browser nor in the application in Outlook Legacy Tags Section of the Ribbon. In the application on New Outlook there is no Tags Section.

I am receiving high importance emails and want to mark them an medium, low or no importance. Help me remove the red exclamation point from emails received to my inbox?

I have Outlook for Mac version 16.78 (23100802)

    Help?

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open the Outlook app.
    2. Select Create New Message.
    3. On the top right side you will have the Priority Option.
    4. Click on it and you will see the importance of the message in Outlook.

Hello Jan, My name is Sajjad and I will be assisting you.

Yes, it's possible. If you want to change the importance of an email you've received, you can edit the email message.

    1. Double-click to open a received email message. You cannot change importance while viewing a message in the Reading Pane.
    2. In the Tags group on the Ribbon, click the More arrow to open the Message Options dialog.
    3. Use the Importance drop-down to change the importance level, then click Close.
    4. Close the message, and when Outlook asks you if you want to save changes, say Yes.

    Thank you, Sajjad,
I forgot to mention that my question was for messages I create in Outlook and want to send them with high or low importance.
